  • Briefing/call/meeting with line manager
  • Sourcing of suitable candidates
  • Screening CVs (automated and manual)
  • Telephone interviews and shortlist selection
  • Submission of CVs for suitable and interested candidates
  • Arrangements of interviews for candidates selected
  • Post-interview discussion with candidate and feedback
  • Arrangements of 2nd interviews where appropriate

  • Negotiation of offer to the successful candidate and agreement of start date
