Recruitment Process

Our process is tailored to each client and we aim to make it as straightforward as possible. We are very flexible and happy to change the way we work to fit in with internal recruitment processes if required. Generally, the process is as follows:

  • Receipt of Job Specification and compensation package
  • Briefing/call/meeting with line manager
  • Sourcing of suitable candidates
  • Screening CVs (automated and manual)
  • Telephone interviews and shortlist selection
  • Submission of CVs for suitable and interested candidates
  • Arrangements of interviews for candidates selected
  • Post-interview discussion with candidate and feedback
  • Arrangements of 2nd interviews where appropriate
  • Post-interview discussion with candidate and feedback
  • Negotiation of offer to the successful candidate and agreement of start date
